1. Registered Guests Only Only guests included on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted at any time. 2. No Gatherings or Parties This is a quiet, private villa. Parties, events, or group gatherings are strictly prohibited. 3. Visitor Policy Visitors are not allowed to use the property facilities, including the pool or common areas. Visitors may only briefly pick up or drop off guests. 4. Noise Policy Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud music, shouting, or disturbances will not be tolerated. 5. Security Monitoring For safety, the exterior of the property is monitored. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate action. 6. Smoking Policy Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. 7. Damage & Cleanliness Guests are expected to keep the space in reasonable condition. Any damages, stains, or excessive mess will be charged accordingly.
