I love Ocho Rios and had this place bookmarked for my next visit to the area, so I was excited to finally stay here. Vaughn’s space was perfect for my birthday celebration. It was clean, the pool area was beautiful, and I got some amazing birthday photos there. The view from the bedroom was stunning. I watched both the sunrise and sunset each day. I’d definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again.

It was the perfect getaway needed for me and my wife. it was so peaceful and serene. The location was perfect to access anything needed. The grounds were well kept and the entrie experience was just amazing. I would definitely go back and will and I've already started recommending this villa.

Our stay at the coconut palm villa was nothing short of phenomenal. A peaceful getaway that’s exactly described as the picturesque scene portrayed in the pictures. The view is absolutely stunning and the privacy of the property makes it a home away from home. Great host! Even greater stay we’ll definitely be back again!!

This is an ideal stay if you’re coming to Ochi! The place is spacious and attractive and the location is great. There is even a pool. Vaughn was a great host, super responsive & helpful with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Ochi & I’m sure it has to be the best Airbnb suite in the area

Second time staying and I enjoyed every moment of being there. the views were amazing to wake to to. the place was super clean ans quiet. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely see me again and again!!!

Vaugh was extremely responsive in so many ways, additionally, the tranquility and picturesque view made our stay awesome.
We are already thinking about our next visit to Coconut Villa.
Best in Ocho Rios...........go and experience it.

This has to be the most peaceful spot in Ochi! We loved our stay here and will for sure return again. It’s very close to town but not noisy at all. Beautiful view an a 5 star host!

I had a great stay. The ocean view was beautiful, the place was private and very clean, and the host was extremely responsive. It’s also centrally located, which made getting around easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Vaughn is an absolute gem. He is always responsive and quick to assist when needed. His place is my #1 go to when I plan a trip to Jamaica. Always a peaceful, tranquil and comfortable stay. The views are breathtaking. Thank you for having me again! Will be back🙃

This is one of the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. The place is breathtaking. So peaceful and private the pics don’t do it justice you just need to book and see for yourself! One I arrived I knew I made the best selection. Worth every dollar I paid.
The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, all surrounded by gorgeous coconut trees that gave the place such a tropical, peaceful vibe. The host was welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond, which made everything so easy. The location was convenient yet private; I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
